It is difficult to describe the unique location of TEC'S HOUSE right beside the cliffs overlooking PUFFIN ISLAND and THE SKELLIGS! In TEC'S HOUSE you will enjoy one the most peaceful and scenic settings along the KERRY coastline. This truly is a "character house" with broad natural stone walls and you will find pictures of this property on postcards, book covers and advertisements - a proof of the uniqueness of this traditional country house.
There is an unspoilt view from the house and garden towards the Atlantic and The Skelligs. It is situated below a small cul-de-sac and occupants of this house will have complete privacy in an exclusive area of St. Finian's Bay.
TEC'S HOUSE is a traditional farmhouse - completely restored and generously extended. The distance to the picturesque sandy beach of St. Finian's Bay is about 4km, PORTMAGEE with shops, pubs and restaurants is about 5km away.

Ground floor:
There is a spacious and cosy livingroom with open fire and seaviews. A separate open-plan living and dining area is located in a south-facing extension with a modern twist. Large windows and a patio door open to a lawn right above the sea. Adjacent you will find a spacios and well equipped kitchen with modern kitchen units and appliances. As well a utility room and a guest toilet are on the ground floor.

1st floor:
There are three bedrooms (one with an Ensuite shower bath and unbelievable stunning views towards the Atlantic), a separate bathroom and a small sauna.
