SALMON LEAP has a very friendly atmosphere with its bright and spacious rooms. The house, a family home for 2 generations, has recently been renovated. It's unique location offers stunning views of Lake Lough Currane and the Atlantic Ocean as well as the valleys and mountains of Kerry, yet it is close to the Ring of Kerry and the WILD ATLANTIC WAY. Although the house is in a remote location, the village of Waterville is less than 10 min away with it's supermarkets, restaurants, typical Irish pubs and a bus connection to other cities.

A beach and golf courses are also 10 minutes away and in less than 5 minutes you are at Lake Lough Currane which is known for it's salmon and sea trout fly fishing. From the house you can easily walk the most beautiful hiking trails of the 'Kerry Way'.

The  house makes you feel very welcome and is tastefully furnished with great love for detail. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it offers enough space for 5 guests and it even has a folding bed (for an extra child) in store. The cosy center part of the house is the spacious living room. An extra large window let's you enjoy the wonderful views or just simply relax on the comfortable sofa and armchairs in front of a traditional wood stove.

The small town of Waterville with its long sandy beach, two golf courses, pubs, cafes, small shops and restaurants is about 7 km away. Just a 20min drive along the breathtaking coastline of the WILD ATLANTIC WAY will lead to you the gorgeous sandy beach and National Park of Derrynane. Despite the proximity to the touristy highlights of Kerry you can enjoy absolute peace and relaxation here.

Minimum rent is  7 days, more than 7 days will be charged at  1/7 of the weekly rate.
