KATHLEEN'S OCEAN VIEW is a traditionally styled holiday home in one of the most stunning locations and with breathtaking views towards the Atlantic. The house is on an elevated site above the small harbour at BUNAVALLA and in the vicinity of DERRYNANE BEACH & NATIONAL PARK. It is a spacious and well kept property with large windows facing the sea and the KERRY MONTAINS.

BUNAVALLA is an area of outstanding beauty with small farms and some holiday homes. A small road winds down from the RING OF KERRY towards a pier and a small beach. From here you can use the incredible beautiful MASS PATH to walk to DERRYNANE BEACH.

The KERRY WAY passes through BUNAVALLA and this is a perfect area for short strolls and longer walks.

It takes a few minutes by car to CAHERDANIEL (Pubs, Shop, Cafe) and the RING OF KERRY is just around the corner. Still - the area of BUNAVALLA is unspoilt and quiet and in KATHLEEN'S OCEAN VIEW with its large private garden you will enjoy absolute privacy.

You will find a spacious and well equipped kitchen with a large dining table in front of windows facing the sea. There is access to the garden through a patio door.

From the kitchen a wide double-door opens into a "sun-room" (again with large windows and unspoilt views towards the Atlantic Ocean) and into a cosy sitting room with an open fire.

A well-sized hall separates this open-plan living area from an en-suite bedroom (double).

There are two bedrooms on the first floor (double / two single) and a separate bathroom.

KATHLEENS OCEAN VIEW is nicely and comfortably furnished and well equipped. The house is surrounded by a large and well-kept garden with a patio area and private parking.The owners live nearby and fondly take care of their house.
