The Old Golden House is a traditional and charming cottage with broad natural stone walls. It is located in an absolute quiet and exclusive area of St. Finian's Bay -  overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Puffin Island and the Skelligs. At the end of a small road you will enjoy privacy in an extremely scenic and unique location.

Two old cottages have been connected and with an open-plan design this house provides plenty of space for two guests, max 3.

 

A nice sunny garden, private parking and unspoilt views - all this adds to the feeling of a real country retreat in one of the most stunning areas near the Ring of Kerry.

 
Plenty of charming traditional elements (wood burning stove, 'dresser', 'Belfast Sink') will remind you of a typical Irish Farmhouse - but with a more comfortable temporary twist.

 

The area around St. Finian's Bay is popular with walkers. The next sandy beach is a stroll down to the village. The recently developed Bolus Head Loop Walk is just opposite the bay. The distance to Portmagee as a starting point for boat trips to the Skelligs is about 6 km.
